Can I get a estimate over the phone?
Every problem is very unique and calls for a visual inspection. We can attempt to give you a idea over the phone, but its much better to send us a email picture, text picture or to come in for a estimate.

How much does it cost to get a estimate?
Walk in estimates are free and house call estimates are $5.00. But that fee will be returned to you if you decide to repair.

What type of guarantee do you offer?
All repairs are unique and all people are unique. It all depends on what type of quality job the customer wants. For example, on collision repair. All insurance work is backed with a 1 owner lifetime guarantee. Which means, as long as that person owns the vehicle, all paint & body work is covered. Sometimes people bring cars in that have been worked on by someone else and they just want us to paint it. We can not offer a guarantee on the paint job, beacuse there is no way for us to know what materials were used by the other people or how they used them.
