Variations in dynamometers and methods of calculating drivetrain loss make it nearly impossible to provide an exact horsepower rating. Advertised Horsepower figures are approximate estimates of horsepower output at the crankshaft. Motorcar Solutions makes no representations or warranties, expressed, written or implied as to the accuracy of any horsepower rating. If you specifically concerned with the horsepower figure, your sales representative may be able to provide you with a dyno sheet and commonly accepted methods for calculating brake horsepower therefrom (in the case of a chassis dyno, which measures power at the wheels). 

Vehicle mileage advertised in any listing may vary slightly due to test-drives, road testing, or other circumstances.

Your actual fuel economy will vary depending on how you drive and maintain your vehicle.

All advertised prices exclude government fees and taxes, any finance charges, any dealer document preparation charge, and any emission testing charge. The price for listed vehicles as equipped does not include charges such as: Documentation Fees, License, Title, Registration Fees, State or Local Taxes, Dealer Prep, Smog Fees, Credit Investigation, Optional Credit Insurance, Physical Damage of Liability Insurance, or Delivery Fees. 

All vehicle transactions are cancellable at the exclusive discretion of Motorcar Solutions at any time up until all paperwork has been signed and completed AND the vehicle has been paid for in full.

Motorcar Solutions collects tax in the state of Illinois as well as in all states that 

have a reciprocity agreement in place with Illinois. Cook County, Illinois Buyers may be responsible for an additional use tax not collected by Motorcar Solutions. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

All sales are subject to a $169.27 dealer documentation fee collected by Motorcar Solutions; this fee is not required by law. 

PayPal and credit cards are accepted for deposits only. Any balance must be in the form of Cash, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or Wire Transfer. Motorcar Solutions reserves the right to hold the vehicle until funds clear; as such we encourage payment via wire transfer.

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Villa Park, Illinois. Any vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Villa Park, Illinois and all obligations of Buyer to pay for any vehicle shall be payable in Villa Park, Illinois.

Buyer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING COSTS. Motorcar Solutions can help arrange domestic and international shipping. Please contact your salesperson for more details.

The validity, formation, and performance of any sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard for choice of law principles. Buyer irrevocably and unconditionally (a) consents to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Illinois and of the United States of America located in Chicago, Illinois for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to any sale (and Buyer irrevocably and unconditionally agrees not to commence any such action, suit or proceeding except in such courts), (b) waives any objection to the laying of venue of any such action, suit or proceeding in any such courts, and (c) waives and agrees not to plead or claim that any such action suit or proceeding brought in any such court has been brought in an inconvenient venue.
